I have to have this giveaway now, I just can’t help myself. I’ve been reading Life is a Verb by Patti Digh, and I love it. I wanted to wait til I had finished reading it to give a copy away, but it’s too good. I want to read it slowly, savoring it the whole time. So, I can’t wait, I have to do it right now. I promise, you will love this book.

Right now I am reading Catching Life By the Throat by Josephine Hart. It is a collection of poems by 8 poets. I don’t read poetry, but this sounded interesting. There is a CD included with actors/actresses reading the poems (Roger Moore, Ralph Fiennes, Juliet Stevenson, more). So far, so good.

If you haven’t read Alan F. Troop’s Dragon DelaSangre series, I highly recommend it. It’s one of my absolute favorites ever.
Another great one is Jeff Guinn’s Santa Claus series. Look for it on Amazon, you won’t be disappointed (I don’t think. LOL).

Many years ago I read a series of books called Jalna. There were 7 of them. They traced the family for several generations.
We checked them out of the library and passed them around the neighborhood until they were all read.
