Unexpected Bliss Giveaway

I have to have this giveaway now, I just can’t help myself. I’ve been reading Life is a Verb by Patti Digh, and I love it. I wanted to wait til I had finished reading it to give a copy away, but it’s too good. I want to read it slowly, savoring it the whole time. So, I can’t wait, I have to do it right now. I promise, you will love this book.

I got ‘Rhett’s People’ for Christmas and I am getting ready to start that. (with 3 kids I don’t get much reading time!).

My favorite book is The Catcher in the Rye. This book looks really good!

This is so bad; I just don’t have time to read lately! The last books I read were the Spiderwick books (I was reading them to make sure they were okay for my six-year-old to read). But, I did really enjoy them!

My favorite book is The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams.

I recently read John McCain’s book, Worth The Fighting For, and found it to be an excellent in-depth look at the fine character of a true American.

I like anything by Barbara Taylor Bradford. By the way, I tried to subscribe but it just keeps giving me more verification blocks, won’t accept any I give.

Right now I am reading Catching Life By the Throat by Josephine Hart. It is a collection of poems by 8 poets. I don’t read poetry, but this sounded interesting. There is a CD included with actors/actresses reading the poems (Roger Moore, Ralph Fiennes, Juliet Stevenson, more). So far, so good.

Many years ago I read a series of books called Jalna. There were 7 of them. They traced the family for several generations.
We checked them out of the library and passed them around the neighborhood until they were all read.

I really love anything by Jodi Picoult, especially The Pact and Nineteen Minutes.

One book that I can read over and over is “The Red Tent” by Anita Diamont.
