I am so with you on this! When my daughter-in-law and grandson lived with us for a few months I had to have my husband write down how to get a dvd to play step by step so I could do it when he was gone and we wanted to watch Toy Story (which we did a lot!). I'm waiting for the day the whole tv/dvd/recorder mess can just figure itself out or I can talk to it and tell it what I want to do :) Ha, this made me laugh! I am so with you on this! I am the SAME way with the media equipment in the living room. There is so much stuff hooked up and different clickers, I just can't remember all of it.
